Public Transportation

Our firm and its principals have provided program oversight support and conducted Compliance Reviews and policy studies for the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for over 25 years.  We have performed both specific, detailed program area Compliance Reviews, such as Title VI, EEO, DBE and ADA Compliance Reviews for FTA’s Office of Civil Rights, as well as comprehensive reviews that cover all FTA requirements associated with the type of funding a grantee receives.  The latter group includes Triennial Reviews, State Management Reviews, and Tribal Transit Assessments, conducted under contracts with FTA’s Office of Program Management
